I am an Artist of the Soul, with a background rooted in the body. As Nurse for 26 years, and a trauma thriver myself, I deeply understand the language of the body.

I create from what lives beneath the surface—in the body, in memory, and in the quiet places where story is held.

I make art and help others make art from lived stories, often the ones carried in the body long before they are ever spoken.

My work is about getting honest—creating a space where women can speak from their authentic self, without pressure or performance.

I am an empathetic witness to the lived stories of others, helping them see what has been held inside—and giving it a form they can finally see.

This is not about making something beautiful, but about making something true.

Through color, shape, story, and movement, I give form to what is often unseen—what has been lived, carried, and is still becoming.

I do not create to control the outcome, but to listen, to follow, and to allow something real to take shape—so the inner world can be seen, and what is felt can finally have a place to exist.
