For more than two decades, I have studied how people make meaning from their experiences.
As a registered nurse, artist, writer, and lifelong student of human story, I have witnessed how the stories we carry shape our health, identity, relationships, and lives.
Today, through Finding Beautiful™, I help people discover healing, wholeness, and purpose by learning to see their lives with new eyes.
