My path to this work began with a question:
How do we find beauty, meaning, and wholeness after life breaks our heart?
After losing my father to suicide and navigating my own journey through chronic illness, I spent decades exploring healing, faith, creativity, neuroscience, and human story.
What I discovered is this:
Healing is not becoming someone new.
It is remembering who you are.
Today, I create experiences that help women reconnect with the parts of themselves that survival required them to leave behind.
Because every story deserves a witness.
