I have a true understanding of the complexities of how drama & trauma affect every area of our life from a lived experience not just academically. I truly see the whole picture of health and the whole story of you. As a Whole Health Educator/Coach and a Therapeutic Artist, I am not focused on fixing anyone and I am not the “healer,” I am only the empathetic guide. I am simply focused on helping people reclaim their creative power and healing happens naturally as they learn to nourish their spirit, connect to their calling, and embrace whole health.
I am a co-author of the number one international bestselling book “Just Say No” and have been featured on the PBS documentary "Medical Stories-Under Control." I have personally helped over 1,000 people embrace whole health and helped many create their own health coaching practices. I am the creator of the “Backward is Beautiful” methodology which helps people redeem heartache, reveal their highest calling, and create their God-sized dreams.
My approach is always holistic in nature, considering all aspects of a person's life with a deep understanding that all people, even if they do not believe it, are made in the image and likeness of a loving Creator. I want everyone to understand that they are both a work of art and an artist at work. Because of this, they have the power to live their dreams and create a Whole-Souled life.
I received my RN-BSN through Lakeview College of Nursing in 2000 and my Whole Health Educator training through the National Institute for Whole Health in 2017. I am a student at Milan Art Institute and I enjoy telling stories that free the soul through art & photography.
I am a lifelong learner, dreamer, seeker of truth, lover of Jesus, and desire to be led by the Holy Spirit in all that I do.
