Healing is a sacred journey.
For more than two decades, I have explored the intersection of health, healing, creativity, and human story as a registered nurse, artist, writer, and lifelong student of meaning-making.
Throughout my nursing career, I witnessed how grief, loss, trauma, and life transitions shape our bodies, relationships, identities, and lives.
