Shelley Henk is a Transformation Coach, Registered Nurse, Certified Whole Health Educator, Artist, Writer, and Founder of Whole Soul Studio™.
For more than two decades, she has walked alongside women through life's most difficult transitions, including burnout, grief, health challenges, chronic stress, relationship struggles, identity shifts, and seasons of profound change.
Through an integrated approach that combines transformational coaching, story work, story art, whole-health education, creativity, values clarification, compassionate witnessing, spiritual formation, and practical life design.
Shelley helps women reconnect with themselves, their story, and God so they can create lives filled with greater connection, creativity, authenticity, and adventure.
