For more than twenty years, one question has shaped my life and work:

The answer I've found is surprisingly simple.
We reconnect.
Today, I bring together narrative coaching, whole-person health, art, and Christian spirituality to help women reconnect with God, themselves, and others—and remember who they are.

Nursing taught me to look beyond the symptom.
For more than twenty years, I sat beside people in some of life's hardest and holiest moments. I learned that people are never just diagnoses, symptoms, or problems to solve.
There is always a whole person underneath.
When I became an artist, I discovered another way of seeing.
The canvas brought clarity.
Things I couldn't think my way through began appearing in color, image, symbol and story. What had been tangled inside of me became visible in front of me.
I could finally step back and see the whole picture.
That discovery became Artful Storywork™.
Today, as a coach, I bring the heart of a nurse and the eyes of an artist together using art and story to help women see what has been difficult to name, reconnect what life has fragmented, and come home to who God created them to be.

The Artful Storywork Philosophy
ART IS THE WAY IN.
Artful Storywork™ is my signature creative coaching process.
Sometimes words aren't enough.
We can understand our stories and still find ourselves living from them.
So we make them visible.
A mark. A color. A word. A shape.
Sometimes, standing back from what we've made, we can finally see what we couldn't see while standing inside the story.
This is Artful Storywork™.
I use art and story in the coaching process to make the invisible visible—helping you see yourself, your story, and what might come next with new eyes.
You don't need to know how to paint.
Art isn't the finished product. It's the way in.
I don't try to change women.
I see them. And help them see themselves.
