I'm Shelley Henk.
Writer. Educator. Nurse. Artist.
I'm the founder of Whole Soul Studio™ and creator of Artful Storywork™.
For more than twenty years, I've walked alongside women navigating life's hardest chapters—as a nurse, educator, coach, and artist.
Today, I help women discover the stories shaping their lives, rewrite the ones that no longer serve them, and intentionally create lives of beauty, meaning, purpose, and wholeness.
Because changing your life begins by changing your story.
