For more than two decades, I have explored the intersection of health, healing, spirituality, creativity, and human story. As a registered nurse, health educator, coach, and minister, I studied countless frameworks, methods, and modalities in search of what helps people heal and thrive.
While many of these approaches offered valuable insight, some of the deepest healing in my own life came from somewhere unexpected: a canvas, a story, and a compassionate witness.
I discovered that when we tell the truth about our lives—through words, color, image, symbol, and story—something begins to shift. We see ourselves differently. We find meaning in places we once saw only pain. What felt fragmented begins to come back together.
Today, I create experiences that help women gather the scattered pieces of themselves through story, creativity, compassionate witnessing, and wonder.
