For more than two decades, I have been fascinated by how people make meaning from their experiences.
As a registered nurse, therapeutic artist, writer, and lifelong student of human story, I have witnessed how the stories we carry shape our health, identity, relationships, and lives.
Today, I create healing portrait experiences, transformational journeys, gatherings, and works of art that help women see themselves—and their stories—with new eyes.
My work is rooted in a simple belief:
We heal by remembering who we are.
