MY APPROACH
Sometimes we can't live differently until we can see the story we're living inside.
Through conversation, we explore your story—what happened, what you came to believe, the patterns that formed, and how those experiences may still be shaping the way you see yourself and your life.
Then we bring the story into the creative process.
Through color, shape, texture, image, symbol, writing, and embodied reflection, what can be difficult to put into words begins to take form.
The canvas gives us another way of seeing.
Patterns emerge. Connections become clearer. What was invisible becomes visible.
This is Artful Storywork™—my signature creative practice bringing together story, art, embodied awareness, whole-person health, and faith to help women reconnect with themselves and discover what might still be possible.
The conversation helps us enter the story.
