For more than 25 years, I’ve explored what helps us heal—as a nurse, through my own story + eventually through therapeutic art.
I have a particular heart for helping women reclaim the parts of themselves they’ve learned to suppress—their emotions, voice, dreams + God-given creative power.
Creativity reconnects us—to ourselves, to each other + to the Creator who made us to create.
The canvas gives us another way of seeing.
When we can see more clearly, we can move forward with greater freedom.
