WHOLE SOUL STUDIO

A modern Christian pilgrimage and rite of passage for women.

We Walk Strong Women Back to Beauty

You have been strong for a long time.
But strength was never meant to feel this heavy.

Whole Soul Studio guides strong Christian women out of survival strength and into embodied wholeness in Christ — helping them transform the story they survived into beauty, authority, and calling through Artful Storywork™ and the Finding Beautiful pilgrimage.

Returning to your original design —

where nothing inside you is at war.

Trauma-Informed • Nurse-Led • Christ-Centered

Begin Your Pilgrimage

A 12-month guided formation journey for strong Christian women ready to move from survival strength into integrated authority and embodied faith.

“For the first time in years, my body feels safe.
I didn’t know peace could be this tangible.”
— Jessica S.

Survival strength carried you.
But survival strength cannot make you whole.

Many strong Christian women learn early how to be dependable.

They become the ones who:

• hold families together
• carry responsibility in their churches
• support others through difficult seasons
• remain faithful no matter what life brings

Strength becomes part of who they are.

But over time, something subtle begins to happen.

The strength that once helped you survive can slowly become a constant state of tension.

You keep going.
You keep showing up.
You keep holding everything together.

Yet inside you may feel:

• emotionally braced
• spiritually tired
• unsure how to rest without guilt

Not because you are weak.

But because survival strength was never meant to carry you forever.

You are not broken.

But you may be divided from surviving.

And healing begins when that division is gently brought back into wholeness.

This is not another program to fix you.

Whole Soul Studio was created because many strong Christian women have already tried many things.

Counseling.
Retreats.
Bible studies.
Personal development programs.

Each of these can offer valuable support.

But many women still sense something deeper is needed.

Not another strategy.

Not another method of coping.

But a sacred formation journey where their story is honored, their body is included in the healing process, and their faith becomes something lived and embodied.

Survival strength can carry you.

But it cannot make you whole.

Wholeness begins when a woman learns to:

• honor her body, story and soul
• allow grief to be held
• rediscover her vision
• step into the calling written into her life.

This is the journey we guide.

Beauty is what happens
when nothing inside you is at war.

Imagine living where nothing inside you is at war.

Imagine waking up without the quiet tension that has lived in your body for years.

Imagine strength that no longer feels like something you must constantly maintain.

Imagine relating to others without carrying responsibility that was never yours to hold.

Your emotions are no longer something you suppress or fear.

They become part of the wisdom God placed within you.

Your faith is no longer something you perform.

It becomes something you inhabit.

Your body feels grounded.

Your story feels honored.

Your life begins to move from a place of peace instead of pressure.

The woman who once lived in survival strength becomes something new.

A woman whose strength is integrated.

A woman whose faith lives in her body.

A woman who carries quiet authority.

This is what returning to your original design in Christ begins to look like.

A life where strength and tenderness belong together.

A life where nothing inside you is at war.

The Whole Soul Difference

At Whole Soul Studio, healing happens through the integration of

body, story, and spirit.

Our work brings together three distinct streams rarely found in the same place:

Embodied Formation
Restoring body, story, and spirit together through Christ-centered spiritual formation.

Sacred Biology
Understanding the body as a creation designed by God for healing and restoration.

Creative Healing
Transforming your story through the Artful Storywork™ process.

Together, these form a unique path of trauma-informed, Christ-centered formation for women ready to move beyond survival strength and into whole soul living.

At the center of this work is

Artful Storywork™.

A creative and Spirit-led process that helps women:

• listen to the wisdom of the body
• honor the story they have lived
• transform suffering into meaning
• express their story through intuitive painting and reflection

Through this process, what once felt like pain begins to reveal beauty, authority, and calling.

Because the goal is not simply healing.

It is returning to your original design in Christ
where strength and tenderness belong together
and nothing inside you is at war.

The Sacred Path

The Four Elements of Wholeness™

Inside the Finding Beautiful™ Pilgrimage, women walk through a sacred formation rhythm.

Earth → Water → Wind → Fire

This path reflects both the pattern of creation and the journey of restoration.

Earth — Feel
Learning to become a vessel strong enough to hold emotion and experience safety in the body.

Water — Heal
Allowing grief and story to be honored so suffering can begin to transform into meaning.

Wind — Dream
Rediscovering vision, imagination, and the calling hidden within a woman’s story.

Fire — Create
Stepping into courage, creativity, leadership, and participation in God’s restoring work.

The journey culminates in The Feast, a celebration of integration and belonging.

“Anxiety no longer controls me.
I learned how to listen to what my body was communicating and integrate it instead of suppressing it.”
— Chris R.

FINDING BEAUTIFUL™

The Pilgrimage

Some seasons can be studied.
Others must be crossed.

Finding Beautiful™ is a guided formation journey for strong Christian women ready to move beyond survival strength and into embodied wholeness in Christ.

The 12-Month Pilgrimage Includes

• Wilderness pilgrimage teachings
• A companion guidebook for reflection and integration
• Monthly Pilgrim Circle gatherings
• Two monthly open office hours for personal support
• A sacred community walking the journey together

This is not a program. It’s a pilgrimage home.

“I see my story clearly now, and what once felt divided in me is being restored. I am moving forward — not from survival, but from wholeness.”
— Ashley G.

Not a Program, a Pilgrimage

For The Strong Women Standing at a Threshold…

A pilgrimage begins when a woman senses she is standing at a threshold — when the life she has been living no longer aligns with the life she was created to live.

Throughout history, pilgrimages have marked moments of transformation.

The purpose was never information.
The purpose was always about formation.

You have carried strength for a long time.
The pilgrimage is a place where you no longer have to carry it alone.

You Have Been Strong For Too Long

If You Sense That Surviving Is No Longer Enough…

You may be ready to begin the pilgrimage.

If this season feels like a wilderness crossing, you do not have to walk it alone.

“Anxiety no longer controls me.
I learned how to listen to what my body was communicating and integrate it instead of suppressing it.”
— Chris R.

No more suppression. No more numbness. Only a fierceness to embrace who I am and stand in my truth. This journey was not easy, but it was so very worth it and I will be forever grateful." - Emily B
