Whole Soul Studio

Art as a way home.

Reconnect with your body—and experience peace again.

For women who love God but feel disconnected from peace within.

Artful Storywork™ helps you express what your body has been holding—so you can return to wholeness.

Begin Your Healing Journey

Trauma Informed . Christ-centered

You’ve been strong for a long time… but something still feels disconnected.

You love God.
You’ve done the work.
You’ve prayed, processed, and tried to move forward—

But peace still feels just out of reach.
Not in your mind… but in your body.

There’s a quiet sense that something is still being held—
something unexpressed, unresolved.

You’re not alone in this.

You are not broken.
You are disconnected.

And what is not expressed… is stored.

There is a way to gently release what your body has been carrying.

Artful Storywork™ is a sacred, guided process of listening deeply to the body, soul, and spirit

and expressing what has been held within through art.

As your story takes form, your relationship to it begins to change.

What was once carried inside can be revealed, released, and gently brought back into wholeness.

“For the first time in years, my body feels safe.
I didn’t know peace could be this tangible.”
— Jessica S.

The Finding Beautiful™ Pilgrimage

A guided, self-paced journey through the Four Elements of Wholeness—

where you begin to release what your body has been holding
and return to your true, whole self.

THE FRAMEWORK

The Four Elements of Wholeness

Earth — Feel
Return to your body and learn its language

Water — Heal
Release what has been held beneath the surface

Wind — Dream
Recover your voice, vision, and inner clarity

Fire — Create
Live and express from your true, whole self

This is not about fixing yourself.

Most approaches help you understand your story.

This helps you express it—
so your body no longer has to carry it in the same way.

Founder of Whole Soul Studio™ · Artist of the Soul™

After decades in nursing, ministry, and guiding women through transformation,
she began to recognize a deeper pattern—

Not brokenness, but disconnection.

This work was born from her own restoration—
a returning through the body, the story, and the Spirit.

Now, she guides women through that same sacred process—
where what has been held begins to release,
and what was once separated is brought back into connection.

You don’t have to carry this alone anymore.

What has been held can be expressed.
What has been disconnected can be restored.

You can return to your body—
and experience peace again.
