Some stories cannot be understood until they become visible. Through story, painting, embodied awareness, reflection, and prayer, what words alone cannot reach begins to take shape. Hidden patterns emerge. Old narratives loosen. Hope quietly awakens.
As we create, we slow down enough to notice what has always been there. Creativity opens a space for wonder, prayer, and deep listening, where the Holy Spirit illuminates what has been hidden, renews what has been wounded, and reveals what is true. In that sacred space, God does what only God can do.

For more than twenty years, I've been quietly pursuing one question:
How do we live whole?
That question began beside hospital beds, but it became deeply personal after the loss of my dad. In the years that followed, my own health began to unravel, and I found myself searching for answers that traditional healthcare alone couldn't provide.
That search changed me.
It led me to explore the beautiful ways God restores us through story, embodied awareness, creativity, neuroscience, and faith. It eventually became Whole Soul Studio—a place where women can reconnect what life has fragmented and remember who God created them to be.
