For more than two decades, I have explored the intersection of health, faith, creativity, and human story. As a registered nurse, health educator, coach, and minister, I studied countless approaches to healing and transformation in search of what helps people find their way through life's hardest chapters.
What surprised me most was that some of the deepest restoration came from somewhere unexpected: a canvas, a story, and a compassionate witness.
I discovered that when we tell the truth about our lives—through words, color, image, symbol, and story—something begins to shift. We see ourselves differently. We find meaning where we once saw only pain. What felt fragmented begins to come back together.
