Hi, I’m Shelley—Registered Nurse, Artist of the Soul, Speaker, Guide, and Creator of Artful Storywork™.
I work at the intersection of how the body holds what we’ve been through, how our story shapes what we see, and how healing begins when it’s brought into the light.
This work is personal.
There was a time I didn’t feel like myself. I understood my story—but I was still carrying it. And what I discovered changed everything: what isn’t seen and expressed doesn’t simply go away. It stays—in the body, in the story, and in the way we live. It becomes disease, dysfunction, and it steals our God given dreams.
So I don’t just teach this work—I live it.
Because healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about learning to see clearly—and in that, finding the beauty that was there all along.
