For more than twenty years, I've quietly pursued one question:
How do we live whole?
That question began beside hospital beds as a registered nurse.
It became deeply personal after the traumatic loss of my dad and my own journey through illness and restoration.
I discovered that healing isn't simply about solving problems.
It's about restoring what life has fragmented.
Today, I guide women through Holy Spirit-led nervous system renewal and Artful Storywork™, creating space to come home to who God created them to be.
